My XML Authoring Environment for Emacs (XAE) provides everything
you need to create a psgml-based xml (or sgml) authoring environment
on Emacs, including setup instructions. It is designed to work out of
the box. You just have to add a few lines to your .emacs file. I
use it on Windows 2000. See http://xae.sunsite.dk for more information.
