I looked at x-display-pixel-width sometime ago and found that it reports
the maximum size the monitor is capable of displaying. It doesn't report
the size that the monitor is currently set for. That is, if I have a
1600x1200 monitor set for 800x600, then x-display-pixel-width will give
the value 1600, not the 800 I am looking for. Is there an emacs function
that will pick up the current settings?
