[h-e-w] ediff-after-setup-windows-hook

Hi All.

When using CVS, selecting CVS->View diff->Interactive diff, the Windowed
frame which is created is not maximized, hiding the minibuffer.  Double
clicking on the title bar maximizes it, but is just another time I have to
take my hands off the keyboard.  I tried customizing
ediff-after-setup-windows-hook, by adding:

  (w32-send-sys-command ?\xf030)

(1) Is this the correct hook to modify?
(2) If so, I obviously need to change my syntax?
