Hi Bill,

Too bad about the bug.  This mailing list can help you find out where to 
report it.  The way you report a bug is...

1. Go to the help menu in Emacs.
2. Select "Send Bug Report".

For details about reporting bugs go to Info -> Emacs Manual -> Node 
"Reporting Bugs".
