[h-e-w] RE: Current ispell port?

I've been using Ispell.el dated 11/20/2001 along with the Ispell.exe 3.1.20
dated 3/24/1999 with Emacs 20.7 on WinNT and with Emacs 21.2 on both WinNT
and Win2K. In general I find it works well. But I need to disable it when
replaying macros, otherwise Emacs replays the macro in extremely slow
motion. I think there was an issue with a missing American.Hash file, but
that might have been flyspell, and all I had to do was copy English.hash to
American.Hash.

Unfortunately I can't remember where I downloaded the files from.

Subject: [h-e-w] Current ispell port?

Currently, the FAQ contains the following entry:

How do I perform spell checks, using Ispell?
Ispell version 3 is the latest official supported version of the ispell
package for Windows.
Ispeel 3.1 has support for multiple languages, and may be used in
flyspell-mode.
The Cygnus port of ispell 3.1 works well with Emacs and the flyspell
package. [Details]

The link for details goes to:

http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/windows/ntemacs/discuss/ispell31-cygwin
Which gives some now-invalid URLs to get the various packages.

Since the Detailed instructions are 3 years old and the URLs are invalid, I
assume that there's a better way to get ispell for Win32 at this time?

Where could I find this information and could whomsoever update the FAQ?

Thanks for any pointers!
