RE: [h-e-w] Problem with Microsoft Visual SourceSafe when using " runema

I am not the original poster, but I have the same (or at least a similar)
problem. I already use gnuclientw for my "editor" in VSS. I think the
problem may be a timing problem.

One other difference from the original poster is that my VSS is on a server,
and the temporary file that emacs is to open is on a share on that server
(\\server\share\temp\file.cpp)

For me, if emacs is minimized, I often (but not always) get a blank file.
If the emacs window is not minimized, I rarely (never?) get a blank file.
If I try "revert-buffer" to reload the file, I get the notice:

"File \\server\share\temp\file.cpp no longer exists!"

I usually just delete the buffer and hit the VSS button again.
