To my knowledge gnuserv/gnuclient have never been part of the ntemacs distributions.  You can download them from http://www.wyrdrune.com/index.html?gnuserv.html~main.

I noticed that the some of the utilities previously released in the /bin directory are no longer included, e.g. gnuclientw.exe, gnuserv.exe.  Is there any alternate download I am missing?
