[h-e-w] printing with 21.2.1/ wrong paper size

Hi,
    I am having trouble with printing as well, but, I have a different problem. 
I get the wrong size of paper.

    I always get my print output on 11 x 17 paper no matter what ps-paper-type 
is set to.

Here is what I have in my .emacs...

(setq nt-ps-printer "\\\\engprint\\TT3-HP5-PS")
(setq ps-printer "\\\\engprint\\TT3-HP5-PS")
(setq ps-paper-type 'letter)


I anyone can help I would appreciate it
