[h-e-w] ange-ftp revert greyed out

Hi,

Using ntemacs 20.7
Pick up a file using ange-ftp, make no changes to it in emacs but change the
copy on disk.
Click on the files menu, Revert Buffer is greyed out. 
Does anyone know how I can correct this so Revert Buffer shows correctly?
