There were bugs in 21.1 that stopped this from working in some
circumstances.  Also in some buffers, large portions of the buffer
contain text with context-sensitive help, so you would have to move
the mouse quite some distance. Without Richard's help during 21.2
pretesting some of those bugs would probably still be there, so I am
grateful that he is not "embarrassed" to speak up when he thinks
something is not right.
