[h-e-w] c++ class attributes and c++ mode

Many a times, we declare class like

class EXPORT_DECLARATION foo

to export a class from a DLL or to define compiler specific attributes. In
c++  mode EXPORT_DECLARATION is evaluated as a class rather than actual
class 'foo'. Is there any way to ignore these declaration.
