There is nothing built into Emacs that lets you do this with a simple
one-liner, but it should be fairly easy to write such a function if
you know a little elisp. The functions in dired*.el should give you
an example of doing things with the selected file, and
mml-attach-file lets you attach files to a message-mode buffer.
