Have you tried the standard Windows ftp? I think that should work, more
or less, probably without any special configuration. I can access
remote directories OK, and from the directory I can access files,
although recently I seem not to be able to access remote files
directly. I haven't yet figured out what is causing that, but since ftp
access is on the way out here for security reasons I may just switch to
some other mechanism, such as tramp.
[BTW, c:/tmp does exist, doesn't it. It's not a standard Windows
directory.]
