Windows NT and Windows 2000. On NT, I get the temporary file, and
then the error about "no such file or directory, copy". On Win 2000,
I apparently get a PostScript file written to C:\temp\, and then
Acrobat Distiller runs and turns it into a PDF file. (Not the desired
behavior, but I assume this is because Distiller is registered as the
application to handle .ps files on my system. Is there a way to
override this?)
