Both provide access to the same zipfile, at least the binaries are from the same date.

     A semi-relevant comment - the first thing I discovered when I went
to use Emacs 21.1 is that gnuserv isn't bundled (I'd forgotten this). 
The next was that (in spite of the comments at

) the gnuserv pointer in the FAQ doesn't point to the latest, which I
think is at http://www.wyrdrune.com/gnuserv.html
