Bug numbers are not generated

Hello,

yesterday I sent a patch to guix-patches@gnu.org, but I still did not receive a
bug number back.

    To: guix-patches@gnu.org
    Subject: [PATCH] gnu: crun: Update to 1.14.2.

And when I check my opened bugs using M-x debbugs-gnu-my-open-bugs, I do not see
this bug in the list.

And log from my server indicates that the mail was accepted:

Would someone be able to help me with this?  There are multiple patches I did
not get a response for, but this one is the oldest one.
