Transport encryption for outgoing emails is not supported by debbugs.gnu.org, therefore follow-ups to existing bug reports cannot be transport-encrypted:

Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; TLS is required, but was not offered by host debbugs.gnu.org 

Can we please enable this?
