I've just checked in the new Windows project and workspace files,
generously supplied by Quentin Connell. You can grab them from CVS in
the win/ subdirectory, available on the web at
http://subversions.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/cgicc/cgicc/win/

Let me know if anyone has problems with these files!
