Hi Jonathan,

Not having a web server on the machine wouldn't give you errors like that.
It's possible that your versions of libtool, automake, and/or autoconf are
old.  Are you using libtool 1.3.5, automake 1.4, and autoconf 2.13?  That's
about all I can think of off the bat.
