[Help-ballandpaddle] Media license?

Hello!

I guess many people take it for granted that the license mentioned (gplv3) on 
http://www.gnu.org/software/ballandpaddle/ applies to the code AND the media 
but perhaps it would be best to spell it out explictely to clear out any 
doubts. Or perhaps I'm wrong and the media is licensed with some other license.
