While it makes sense to license the source code for the OHL
web site as GPL, it doesn't make sense to do the same for
participant submitted cue/appraisals.

I propose this license:

  http://creativecommons.org/learn/artistscorners/educators

We can get ownership of the submissions and disallow
unauthorized commercial use.
