[Health] Add "Request Lab Test" in Relate for inpatient

Dear All,

Our users want to request laboratory or imaging tests right from the inpatient record opened from hospitalisation menu item.

How can we add "Request Lab Test" and "Request Imaging Test"  behind "Relate" or "Action" button when the record of a hospitalised patient is opened.
