[Health] Editing field names

Dear Community,

 

In the groups /access permissions /access field you can right click and do field edit

I want to change the name of the field but I can’t edit or save there.

Is there another way to change some field names and add some data to the drop down menus?

 

I need to add the Time and Texas score results in the patient evaluation file instead of signs and symptoms.

 

I also need to change the info in the drop down menus and change the name signs and syptoms to Time and Texas score. Then I have succeeded in adapting GNU Health to our Diabetic foot clinic.

 

Can someone please send me in the right direction?

Actually Gnu health made me use Ubuntu for the first time, so I am not so fast understanding the lingo, nor do I know anything about writing code. I just have to make Gnu Health work for our organization.
