[Health] Live CD 3.0 released

Dear Health Communtiy,

Live CD 3.0 on openSUSE Leap 42.1 was released! It comes with the 'standard' 
Tryton GTK and the Web-Frontend enabled.
 
This time it has two flavours:
- one version for PC with a normal BIOS
- one Version for PC with UEFI 

Check out the version notes for the right flavour!
