Yes, that is a good idea. Chris try to rename the group name from the
DB (not from the file). What is strange is that it seems like it found
"Health Administration" group. Either is a big coincidence and the
group was created manually with the same name or the upgrade process
was cancel in the middle, creating the name of the group and then
blowing up when trying to recreate it...

I just run an upgrade from an 1.4.1 version to 1.4.3 and it everything
went smoothly.

Chris, did you create any access group before ?
