Sorry for the late response... here is how I would do it for custom
translations.

First, look for the source terms fields  (Source: Medicament). Then
use the translation field to change it at your will.

PLease check the two screenshots I'm attaching. In this example, I
changed the value for Medicament in the product field for "FOO".

Very good point. I've been strugling with this for a while. Here comes
the reasoning :

- Medicament would be synonym for Drug.
. Medication would be used for the dosage and use for the medicament
with the patient in particular.

I know they can bring some confusion, so I'm open to suggestion. I
like "Drug" as a generic term (and have "recreational drug" for
substance abuse scenarios), but this is just my opinion. Then we can
get rid of "Medicament".

Once we have it, I will update the source and the terms at Transifex.
