[Health-i18n] Some string can not be translated to Chinese.

      I find many string can not be translated to Chinese with the help of 
(http://translate.gnusolidario.org/zh_CN/GNUHEALTH/) ,
Does the po in translate.gnusolidario.org is same as Health 3.4?  or it is 
outdated?
