[H-source-users] Obsolete branche removal

Hello,

I've removed some obsolete branches:

- h-node: the branch that was tracked by the prod server, until we
  started using master for this purpose
- predev: the branch for experimental / pre-development / pre-staging
  changes - the project is not that complex to warrant one
- deploy: the branch for docker deployment.  Removed because the
  "normal" deployment has been working fine over a year or so.  The
  history is part of that of the master branch.

I'll remove the following too if no opposition:

- latest-svn: the history is part of that of the master branch, as the
  following command returns nothing
  git log master..latest-svn
- wip-documentation: the changes have been merged.
