[bug#41162] [PATCH 0/2] [core-updates] Update atril.

This patch series is for core-updates as a change to texlive-bin is required.
atril now uses the system libsynctex and not the bundled version anymore. So 
build
the shared libraries of texlive-bin.

I couldn't build the series as it would take to long on my laptop :(
