[bug#28556] [PATCH] gnu: teckit: Update to 2.5.7.

Dear Guix,

Without using substitutes, I ran into a problem building teckit:
svn: E175002: Unexpected HTTP status 405 'Method Not Allowed' on
'/svn-public/teckit/TRUNK'

svn: E175002: Additional errors:
svn: E175002: OPTIONS request on '/svn-public/teckit/TRUNK' failed: 405
Method Not Allowed

So I reported the issue and I was told that the repository had moved to
Github.  Looking at the homepage confirms this:
http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?item_id=TECkitDownloads

This patch updates teckit to the latest version and moves to the Github
repository.
