bug#26439: [PATCH] doc: Update Python Modules subtitle to refer to Monty Python.

Hi Folks,

As a Monty Python fan, I feel duty bound to correct this minor
misrepresentation of the programming language's origins. Python is named
after the British comedy troupe rather than the reptile. :)
