DXVK 1.5: Need to use the mingw compiler, anyone?

Hi!

I'm trying to update DXVK to 1.5 which seems to require mingw.

I know a few people have discussed issues with mingw in the past on the
mailing list, but I haven't been able to figure it out.  In particular,
the mingw-w64 package does not contain any binary.  Do we actually have
a mingw compiler in Guix?
