Cuirass is not happy. :(

Three packages are failing (and they have lots of dependencies):
“ghc-fsnotify”, “ghc-foundataion”, and “ghc-hex”. They all build
locally for me (everything builds locally for me). According to the
logs, the first two fail during tests. There could be very sparse
intermittent failures there, because one is testing file system events
and the other uses property tests. Cuirass has an empty log for
“ghc-hex”. Is there any way to make Cuirass try again? Should I
disable the tests for the first two?

ghc-foundation: https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/1936994/details
ghc-fsnotify: https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/1936990/details
ghc-hex: https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/1936990/details

I’m not sure how to proceed here.
