There's no gnunet/libexec

But wait there's more: a ls in the gnunet-svn package (that's a dependency of gnunet-gtk-svn) shows

bin  include  lib  share

There's no libexec here, either

Next issue: in the setup window, there's a tab containing some ceckboxes for the transport plugins that I should check to activate a tranport plugin.

But when I open the tab these errors show up in the terminal:
