Where did you get that it is lgpl3?  COPYING names GNU LGPL version 2.1
or later and MIT (which is 'expat').  I quickly looked at the source
files: most of them do not have a license header, the others use the
mentioned licenses, so I think it should be:

  (license (list license:lgpl2.1+ license:expat))
