[PATCH] Emacs startup failure on GuixSD

Reconfiguring my system after b56724e led to an Emacs that wouldn't start
because of a missing 'cl-pushnew' binding while loading
/etc/emacs/site-start.el.

I believe this patch solves the problem.
Can you confirm?

Strangely enough, I cannot reproduce it in a VM made with 'guix system vm'
and with Emacs in the system's 'packages' field.
