build: Add support for Scheme tests.
* build-aux/test-driver.scm: New file, taken from Guix commit
7b5c030684020282a690322b558f86718eb148a7.
* Makefile.am (TEST_EXTENSIONS): Add ‘.scm’.
(SCM_LOG_DRIVER, AM_SCM_LOG_DRIVER_FLAGS): New variables.
