    gnu: rest: Use libsoup-minimal.
    
    This is needed to prevent a dependency cycle between Inkscape and GTK+.
    
    * gnu/packages/gnome.scm (rest)[propagated-inputs]
    {libsoup}: Use the minimal variant.
