doc: Fix various minor typos.
* doc/guix.texi (Top): Add end of line period to menu entry in the node
listing.
(Invoking guix time-machine): Remove duplicate word.
(Invoking guix environment): As above.
(PAM Mount Service): As above.
(Running Guix in a Virtual Machine): Remove erroneous hyphen and duplicate
word.
