    gnu: virt-manager: Work towards enabling some tests.
    
    * gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (virt-manager)[arguments]: Set 
#:test-target
    to "test_ui", replace the 'check phase.
    [native-inputs]: Add some inputs required for running tests.
