    locale: Add glibc 2.29 to '%default-locale-libcs'.
    
    This eases transition for anyone reconfiguring and still having profiles
    with packages using the former libc.
    
    * gnu/system/locale.scm (%default-locale-libcs): Add GLIBC-2.29.
