    HACK services: hurd: Add dummy loopback.
    
    TODO Tryout the real loopback "It should work".
    
    Remove/make it work with the Hurd.  This dummy is currently used to
    satisfy
    
        guix build: error: service 'XXX' requires 'loopback', which is not 
provided by any service
    
    and then filtered-out.
    
    * gnu/services/hurd.scm (hurd-loopback-shepherd-service,
    hurd-loopback-service-type): New function.
    (hurd-service->shepherd-service): Use them to support entry for dummy
    loopback.
