bournish: 'ls' adjusts the column width depending on the entries.
* guix/build/bournish.scm (display-tabulated): Remove #:columns and
#:column-width parameters. Add #:terminal-width and #:column-gap.
Compute COLUMN-WIDTH and COLUMNS.
