Rename state directory and log file.
* Makefile.am (install-data-local): Change "/run/dmd" to
"/run/shepherd".
* modules/shepherd/support.scm (%system-socket-dir): Likewise.
(default-logfile): Change "dmd.log" to "shepherd.log".
* shepherd.texi: Adjust accordingly.
