[ANN] Guile-PNG 0.4.0 released

Hello Guilers,

I'm pleased to announce Guile-PNG 0.4.0, Portable Network Graphics
(PNG)[1] library for GNU Guile, implemented in pure scheme:

This release fixes a bug in implementation of <rectangle> class and
another bug in tests.  Also Guile-PNG updated to work with Guile-SMC
0.6.

The library uses Guile-ZLIB[2] to compress/decompress the PNG data.

Also this is the third project of mine that uses Guile State Machine
Compiler (Guile-SMC)[3].

The =position= slot would be always initialized to a procedure instead of a
=<point>= instance.  Now this should be fixed.
