[ANN] guile-aspell 0.3 released

I am release an update of guile-aspell, which is a library 
for detecting misspelled words.  It is in the GNU Guile 
dialect of the Scheme programming language.  It uses
the functionality provided by the aspell library.

The NEWS for this release is
