guile foo.scm arg-to-foo another-arg-to-foo
guile -e main foo.scm arg-to-foo another-arg-to-foo

Such command lines are erroneous now, so it doesn't break anything to
make them mean the same as the -s versions (unless a different meaning
is already planned for the future).
