Yes, it does help. It seems to contain the complete output of the
preprocessor, which is wrong. It should contain only the lines
starting with "^^".
I can't say why this has happened. Please run
$ rm guile-gtk.x
$ make guile-gtk.x
and show the output. Is guile-gtk.x still incorrect?
