guile-gobject: works again (I think)

I patched Guile-GObject so that it appears to work again with the latest 
release-branch-1_6 from 
cvs...http://unknownlamer.org/files/temp/guile-gobject.patch.gz. I don't 
really have the ability to work on guile-gobject very much, so here is the 
patch and anyone that wants to work on guile-gobject can...(the guile-gtk 
mailing list hasn't had a post in over a month and the guile-gobject from cvs 
hasn't had updates in about 2 or 3 months now).
