It comes directly from
http://www.cs.indiana.edu/chezscheme/syntax-case/
Since it is extracted from Chez Scheme, the Chez Scheme User's Guide
should be the place to look for a detailed description.
The version of psyntax.ss in Guile is somewhat old, 5.9f, so we might
want to update... Also, we might have some quirks with regard to our
module system.
